Nice place. This was my second time back.

Stayed here for a work trip. Clean, quiet, and air conditioned (important in the summer!). One note: street parking is limited to two hours during the daytime, but I was driving to a garage close to my job every day during my stay, so it worked out fine for me.

We had a comfortable stay in Sacramento! This is a great location for walking around the peaceful neighborhood and old town is only 10 minutes away.

Great home an host responds fast and works with you, check out day was rough and he was understanding, beyond cool and a good guy. Really mean that. Was scrambling day of check out, sliced my finger packing boxes that morning, since this stay was a temp place between homes. I had mail delivered during the 33 day stay. But learnt there was no mail key. Host helped, asking the landlord for a mailkey. But said likely USPS has it since it's a central box with individual slots for each unit. It seemed a dead end and getting bleaker. After spending 24 quarters on 3 loads, I only had 7 and needed $2 for last dryer run. Leave to get change be even later or with a bag of soggy clothes? Luckily god provided in the form of a dusty quarter under a dryer. Then lo an behold, walking out the laundry room I see the mailman walking up explained and got my parcels/mail from him directly. Mysterious ways indeed, boxcutter slice so deep I had superglue it, and dusty floor quarters to chance the mailman.

Had a fantastic stay at Ryker’s place! The home was cozy, spotless, and well-equipped. Ryker was very responsive and promptly took care of any requests I had, making the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend for a comfortable and stress-free stay!

We are from CO moving to CA. So staying downtown without the hustle and bustle was awesome. It was easy to get around the city walking, the Friday music in the park was about a mile away walking 20 min, the Saturday farmers market was also walkable, my favourite the Sunday farmers market is 2 blocks away, under the freeway. The apartment was a perfect size with absolutely everything you could need to feel like home away from home. The neighbourhood is super safe. Me and my husband did some nights strolling and never once felt in danger. I didn’t book the stay for long enough and was in need of an extra day. I sent a message and everything was worked out with no hassle and me and my husband finished our trip with ease. Thank you very much Ryker for the peaceful place to stay. If I wasn’t moving to Sac I would definitely stay here again. 😊

I traveled from Missouri for my son’s graduation and needed a place to stay. They were very helpful with adjusting my arrival time as I had some delays. When we arrived, it was easy to find parking as well as the location. We felt right at home. Everything was very well-maintained. If we are ever back in Sacramento needing a place to stay, I will be sure to look them up with anticipation to ensure a safe home like location to enjoy our time.

Loved the apartment and the neighborhood. Felt super safe. Apartment was clean, nicely laid out and well appointed. Had everything we needed for our one month stay! Was really happy to find out there was convenient laundry room in the complex too. And the team really communicated well and was super responsive! Highly recommend.

Loved our stay! The place was very clean and exactly as described. Really easy to come and go with the key pad. We walked to breakfast two mornings and parking was great! We would definitely stay again!

If your looking to Get Away or Visiting Sacramento, I would highly recommend Ryker's Airbnbs. He was a Great Super Host, Very Attentive, and Polite. The Apartment I stayed in (#5)was Very Well Furnished with Modern Furniture and Appliances. If Your Visiting SACRAMENTO, THIS IS THE PLACE TO BE. RESTAURANTS, BARS, STORES, GOLDEN ONE ARENA, K STREET MALL, CANTINA ALLEY, OLD SACRAMENTO, THE CAPITOL BUILDING, CONVENTION CENTER, AND SACRAMENTOS GOLDEN BRIDGE!!!!!!

I’d say it’s a quality place to stay, very nice mattresses, pots and pans, dishwasher, TV, and great coffee station. Expect the water pressure to be low within the unit and parking is like first come first served but you shouldn’t have to worry about getting a ticket because I didn’t run into that problem. There’s a grocery store and a Shake Shack near by which is convenient. Ryker may take time to respond but if you need help his cohost Ben has a Sac area code and he’s pretty quick at responding. That’s my honest review

The home was a delight to have for our home for 7 days in Sacramento. Close to freeway access, quite neighbors, quick return from host if you needed contact.

I enjoyed my stay at this location! Walls are thin but neighbors are friendly and considerate. Host began communication as soon as i booked so i appreciated that. I knew what to expect based off his communication & i never had to reach out to ask anything. If your looking for a cute little downtown spot this is it. Wouldn’t recommend for a romantic get away tho (unless you want the neighbors to know what you are up to) lol. All in all i highly recommend this chic downtown spot. It’s walkable to a park and a bunch of fun little restaurants!

We were very happy with this place, it was comfortable, clean, and perfect for our needs. Close to our event at Convention center, less than a mile away. It was roomy enough for our group of 3 people. Had everything we needed. We had an issue with keypad but it was resolved quickly. Very responsive host.

Great place!

The house was clean and nice. I was working in Sacramento and it suited my needs. There is a nice park nearby which was great for runs/walking my dog at. Be aware that the parking is restricted during the day (on weekdays), a consideration for someone who works nights like me and needs a place to park/sleep during the day. I had some challenges with communicating with the host. They were unwilling to work with me needing to change my dates after an unexpected medical emergency made it so that I needed to schedule a shorter stay, even though I had only booked the house one day prior to needing the changes made. I’m disappointed in the host’s inflexibility and inconsideration.

Such a beautiful home! The beds were super comfortable and everything was nice and clean! Plenty of parking on the street right in front of the home.
