Welcome to your peaceful retreat in Carmichael! This spacious 4-bedroom, 3-bathroom home is perfect for families, work trips, or small group getaways. Located on a quiet, tree-lined street in a well-established neighborhood, the home offers comfort, space, and everything needed for a relaxing stay. Pool is not heated. This recently renovated home features a fresh and inviting interior with updated flooring, modern fixtures, and new appliances. The open layout includes a spacious living room with a cozy fireplace, a large dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with tile countertops and a pantry cabinet. Outside, enjoy the private in-ground pool, a fully fenced backyard, and plenty of space to relax and unwind under the California sun. There are four well-appointed bedrooms designed for comfort. The master bedroom includes a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom. A second queen bedroom and two additional rooms with full-size beds provide flexibility for families or groups. With three full bathrooms, everyone has the space and privacy they need. Located on a quiet residential street in Carmichael, this home is just a short walk from local grocery stores and restaurants. You’re also only 5 minutes from the American River Parkway and 20 minutes from downtown Sacramento. The property is part of the San Juan Unified School District, making it a convenient and family-friendly choice. Guests will have full, private access to the entire home, including all four bedrooms, three bathrooms, the kitchen, living and dining areas, and laundry room. The backyard and in-ground pool are exclusively yours to enjoy during your stay. You’ll also have access to the attached garage where you can park 2 cars and driveway parking. Entry is self-check-in via a secure smart lock, allowing for a smooth and flexible arrival. Outdoor security cameras may be in use for safety purposes. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and parties or events are not allowed. The property offers driveway and garage parking. Inside, you'll find a washer and dryer, central A/C, and all the essentials to make your stay comfortable. If you're bringing a pet, please note there is a $100 pet fee per pet. The pool is serviced every Wednesday and the technician will enter the yard unannounced. The landscaper comes weekly but on different days, and will also enter the back yard.

October 2025 5.00The home was beautiful, clean, and comfortable. Ryder was very responsive and welcoming. We appreciated the coffee selection, creams, and sugar provided. Having a/c in the master bedroom was wonderful. Only recommendation I have would be curtains in the kitchen and master bathroom and pool lights..but still 5 star rating! neighborhood felt safe. Large backyard. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Thank you for all the accommodations.

September 2025 5.00This place for perfect for our trip into town for a wedding. We had two two separate families and it fit us all with no problem. The pool was the perfect size for my kids to enjoy and my daughter was able to enjoy even tho she’s smaller since it was shallow on one side and kids friendly. The kitchen was big and roomy for us to cook and enjoy meals together. There’s a shopping center right behind that we went to for groceries and whole foods and coffee shops within a 15 minute drive. A good quiet neighborhood, it was a good stay, Thank you!

September 2025 1.00Our stay was a nightmare. Upon arrival, there were Amazon packages left outside, back door unlocked. The washer was broken,host knew but didn’t inform us No internet for 3 days despite listing “fast Wi-Fi” I had to take time off work. Supplies were minimal: 1 roll of TP per bathroom, dirty cookware, no cleaning items. Host refunded 175$ after I sent photos. There was no privacy—windows lacked curtains or blinds. An unhoused man entered the yard using the gate code and used the pool to wash his clothes. The host showed no concern. I was alone with an infant baby. I was scared he would come back whenever he’d like, I had to call the police. There is also window ac units in every bedroom (not listed) with no safety precautions in place. This stay was unsafe, unprofessional, and the host was dismissive and hostile. This host should not be allowed to list. properties. He fights with people who leave bad reviews.
