The open-concept kitchen includes quartz countertops, white cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, a Thor range, and beautiful views of the landscaped yard. The living and dining areas are perfect for gathering, while the expansive 48+ ft covered patio offers a peaceful spot to relax and enjoy orchard views. The primary suite has a walk-in closet and spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub, double vanity, and shower. Another bedroom includes its own private entrance and bathroom—ideal for in-laws or guests seeking extra privacy. Outdoors, you’ll find over 100 fruit and nut trees including pomegranate, peach, olive, mandarin, pear, walnut, and apple. The grounds also feature a custom garden area, a shared pond, and plenty of space for RVs, boats, and guest parking. Guests will have full access to the entire home and 3-acre property, including: 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms Spacious kitchen with quartz counters & Thor range Large covered patio with orchard views Central heat & AC, whole house fan, and fireplace insert Gated entry with paved driveway and 3-car garage Orchard, garden area, and pond access This home blends privacy, comfort, and modern style in a peaceful country setting—while still being close to wineries, historic downtown Placerville, Apple Hill, and Lake Tahoe. We are experienced hosts in Sacramento and the surrounding areas and are happy to assist with any questions you may have. You can reach us anytime through Airbnb messaging, as we monitor it 24/7. For emergencies during your stay, feel free to contact us by phone. For general inquiries, messaging us through the app is the best way, and we’ll be sure to respond promptly throughout the day. Outdoor security cameras may be in use for safety purposes. Quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM, and parties or events are not allowed. Gated entry with paved driveway and 3-car garage. If you're bringing a pet, please note there is a $100 pet fee per pet.

October 2025 5.00This home is absolutely beautiful. The bedroom I stayed in with my partner was a dream and would absolutely book again. my friends rooms said the pillows could have been more comfortable. I had no complaints but also think mine may have been different in the master bedroom. Lounging on the couch was fabulous. I'm 8 months pregnant and couldn't have asked for a more comfy couch that recilnes and was super spacious. I honestly think the photos don't do this place justice. Ryker has coffee out and snacks available. They even provided shampoo, conditioner, body wash and toothbrushes, toothpaste and deodorant if you happened to forget yours (we didn't but it was nice as an option if needed). I think the only couple downfalls were trying to leave the place our first time the gate was not working and I had to call Heather who had to call property maintenance to figure out what was going on. Luckily my friend figured out how to reset the gate box to help us leave and no issues after that.

October 2025 4.00This place was exactly what we needed for our stay! It was close to Apple Hill and provided a private, peaceful space for us to relax. The hosts were responsive and helpful throughout. The only hiccup during our stay was that when we checked in 30 mins early, the beds were unmade, which means the home hadn’t been cleaned yet. We reached out to the hosts, and they responded quickly by sending a housecleaner right away. We were told it would take about two hours, so we left to run errands in the meantime. While we appreciated the prompt response, it was a bit disappointing that the space wasn’t ready upon arrival. That said, we still really enjoyed our stay and would absolutely recommend this place to others. We’d be happy to stay here again!
