We stayed at Ryker’s place for four nights over Ironman weekend. House was clean, spacious and great for a group of our size (5-6 people). The place is well maintained and well stocked and had all of the core amenities. Appreciated the timely communication and flexibility on extending the stay last minute. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood about ten minutes from downtown. It is walkable to a couple of nice open parks that would be great for kids, dogs, etc. Very much enjoyed the stay and we will be back if I decide to do another race in Sacramento.

We stayed at this house for an extended and unexpected period of time in our own city and neighborhood. Ryker was very accommodating as we had to make last-minute changes for our unique situation. He was also very helpful as he personally came out to the house to take care of various problems, and promptly sent out a repair company to take care of a disruptive plumbing issue. As stated in the description, the bedding was very nice, but the towels and other linens left something to be desired. The house was well-equipped with dishes, cooking equipment, games, cleaning supplies, etc. The grapefruit & lemon trees in the backyard were beautiful and bore lots of fruit. It was also a nice addition to have a thriving garden - the tomato and mint plants saved a trip to the grocery store a couple times!

We spent a week in this comfortable, well-equipped house. We were a party of five adults in Sacramento for a family celebration. The house is located in a lovely residential community with quick access to midtown Sacramento and Land Park. We especially enjoyed the spacious back yard and patio, filled with fruit trees (the grapefruit were ripe and delicious). Most of all we appreciated Ryker's responsiveness to our questions and requests. We had an exceptional time and would recommend this house to both families with children and groups of adults.

We stayed a weekend and the home met our needs. For longer stays I would have missed a laundry basket and few kitchen things but we had everything we needed for the weekend trip. Outdoor furniture could have been cleaned for our arrival. Comfy rooms. Interior was clean & prepped for us. Nice yard! Responsive hosts. Location is great! We would come back!

We had a great stay at this home! The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful-- a great suburban area that was still very close to everything we needed. The large backyard was perfect for our dog and kids to run around and play. The rooms were clean and comfortable with cozy beds. The hosts were friendly and very responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

Ryker’s place was incredible and his hospitality and service was top notch. Easy to check in/out, clear instructions, extremely responsive, and his beautiful home was exactly as described. Would absolutely stay here again.

We booked this place to work from home and visit family in the area. High speed internet supported both our video calls. Clean comfortable house with everything we needed to cook. Nice beds and linens. Owner responsive when we had questions. Hot tub needed a little help when we got there and the owner came and fixed it up quickly. Nice walkable safe area. Beautiful part of Sacramento. Would stay again.came quickly to help us get it going

Our stay was amazing! The house was beautifully equipped, we felt right at home. The mattresses were SO COMFORTABLE - the pillows were nice and fluffy - AND CLEAN. Everything was so clean. The neighborhood was AMAZING - safe and quiet - great place to take an evening walk. Located right near the freeway! Would def. Stay again!

The cheery house was located on a peaceful cul-de-sac in an area near the Sacramento river. It had comfortable places to sit in/out and sleep, as well as good TV watching spaces.

We were able to enjoy ourselves and sleep well with all the comforts the home provides.

Overall, this vacation rental was everything we hoped for and more—clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. The well-equipped kitchen was a standout feature, boasting modern appliances and all the necessary cookware to prepare delicious meals with ease. Sharing meals in the spacious outdoors dining area was a true pleasure. One of the key aspects of our stay was the large yard, which provided ample space for us to spread out. Entry to the property was seamless, with easy access and plenty of parking available. This made settling in a breeze, allowing us to focus on enjoying our vacation without hassle. Negative: Would have liked to have a dining table indoors for our family of 5.

Hidden gem! Right near the highway and easily accessible to everything. We found the home to be well-stocked with cookware and coffee and very clean. The hot tub is a nice touch on the chilly nights. Will stay again if in the area!

Nice home. 4 rooms with nice beds and a big backyard for hanging out with friends or family. The spa water was old and needed to be changed, so we did not utilize the spa.

My family and I enjoyed our weekend stay here. The place is spacious, clean and tranquil. The ambiance is peaceful and the hot tub was a plus.

The property was perfect for hanging out with the grands & great niece & nephew. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Big comfy couch and beds for all. Cooking on an electric stove was new, but easy to do. Lemon, orange, and grapefruit trees in back that we picked. Unfortunately we could not enjoy the lovely large backyard due to rain. Would stay again.

We loved the location of this house for our Thanksgiving long weekend in Sacramento. Easy access to Land Park, the zoo and Fairytale Land. The backyard of the house was great for kids to play in and we loved walking in the neighborhood. Beds were comfortable in the house and the kitchen was well equipped for our stay.

It was great. A lovely place to relax. The beautiful backyard and spa were a huge bonus. Would definitely stay again.

We had a great time at Ryker's place, and he was an excellent and responsive host. He responded immediately to requests, like when we couldn't find the extra toilet paper, and even granted us early check-in. It was a <10 minute drive to downtown Sacramento as well as nearby wineries. For exercise, the river trail is close by, and it is within 7 minutes of a 24 hour fitness. The house had all the amenities we needed for us, our infant daughter, our nanny, and a set of grandparents. The Tesla charger was an unexpected bonus, and the hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day. The yard is very spacious. The only complaint was that the floors inside were a little dirty and left some black dust on our feet, but that was an easy fix by wearing socks in the house. Overall, the property was great value, and we'd definitely stay here again.

Mooie wijk en rustig gelegen huis, echt Amerikaanse wijk zoals wij ons in Nederland voorstellen. Fijn huis, goede bedden. Mooie ruime tuin, tuin meubelen/kussens vergen onderhoud. En helaas veel muggen en de jacuzzi maakte herrie. Communicatie was goed, ook over geluid/uitzetten van de jacuzzi.

Such a great place! We were supposed to be in Davis for the w/e. We found out on Friday noon that the host Carmen there had a guest who could not leave. Carmen tried hard to resolve, but then we found this house. Just as described, cozy, warm, friendly, excellent neighborhood, big backyard. I cannot think of a single thing that was not just right for a stay. Thanks guys!

This was a perfect place to stay over the holidays while visiting family in Sacramento. The house is spacious and comfy with all the amenities, cookware, glassware, utensils, coffee maker, etc. The bed was comfy and the place was super clean. The back yard is massive, fully fenced and dotted with citrus trees, and the hot tub was a nice option to include. The home has two driveways, making unloading gear from the road trip a breeze. The door lock is secure and easy to operate. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful with a cool park in the center, walking distance from the house. Located two minutes from the freeway entrance this was a super convenient jumping off point to explore Sacramento and visit my relatives. I recommend this spot.

We enjoyed our stay very much and hope to visit again! It was such a nice space for our little family. A couple of notes, if you are traveling with a small dog like us, there are some significant gaps at the bottom of the fence so you may still need to keep your dog leashed. Hosts were very responsive and wonderful. Great stay, great location and hope to return!

We loved our stay! It was just what we needed and were looking for! I loved how safe the neighborhood was, it made it really enjoyable to go for a walk and hangout in the backyard. Secluded but close enough to drive to get coffee, grocery store, and the zoo! We loved the big backyard it was so enjoyable with all of the fruit trees. We definitely will book this Airbnb again when we come back to Sacramento. Also the beds are SO comfortable…we felt right at home. This was a very safe and cozy place.

This is a lovely home in a well-established area of Sacramento. The furniture and beds are quite comfortable; linens and towels plentiful. The kitchen has the latest and greatest appliances, high quality cookware/bakeware and was well stocked for a long-term stay. The two separate driveways and a two car garage made parking a breeze. The backyard is spacious and very well manicured. The hot-tub is regularly maintained and always sparkling clean. Ryker promptly responded to each and every request.
