Was a short stay, but I really appreciated how comfortable & clean this place was…both inside and out. Super quiet and very relaxing. Came & went without any issues & I’d love to stay there again sometime. Highly recommended!

Amazing and immaculate place. Probably the best hosts I’ve had in years for an Airbnb. The place is amazing, but a little bit hard to find when you’re drunk lol. So be mindful. But it is totally an oasis. And that bed is large and in charge. I’d definitely pay to stay in a place like this full time.

I was skeptical about thr area at first not knowing the city personally; but after arriving I felt safe and in a good place. I liked all the greenery & the amenities that the cottage had to offer. A very nice private getaway. The place was clean and well maintained. The hosts were always responsive for the most part.

Amazing studio! My husband and I and our two pups needed a place close to home as our home underwent renovations that were delayed. The overall home and property were beautiful and peaceful. Decorated very well with comfortable bed and 800 count bedding was a bonus as we usually bring our own. Our unit was spotless and had everything needed to make meals and great coffee! It had a nice work area that allowed me to work remotely for the week. All of the amenities were well thought out. It had a huge fenced in yard that the pups loved - like having our own private park with peaceful spa atmosphere. The neighbors were kind and friendly as were the longer term renters staying in the house. This was the perfect home away from home. We will refer to friends visiting us in Sacramento and will stay again if ever needed. Location close to restaurants and beautiful Ancil Hoffman Park! Thank you for getting us in last minute and for allowing us to stay an additional night!

I was in town talking care of some stressful family business, so it was wonderful to come back to a place that was as restful, quiet and lovely as could be.

Ryker’s property was very comfortable, functional with a beautiful peaceful garden. Self check-in was made very easy. It had all the necessary linen and the kitchen was well equipped including an outside grill and private patio. The adjustable desk was also very convenient. The management team was very responsive in answering our questions. The property was conveniently located for the purposes of our visit. We would definitely stay again.

This Airbnb was very clean and well stocked for our week long stay. The unit is an ADU behind the main house where the owner stays as well as some other tenants who we saw and spoke with occasionally (very nice with great recommendations about hiking and parking in Ancil Hoffman Park). Everything was clean and as advertised.

My son and I stayed at Cottage #4 and it was such a wonderful space and peaceful setting. Host Ryker and homeowner Kathleen were very responsive, friendly and supportive. Kathleen went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. I had to work remotely and leave my son at the cottage during our month-long stay. It was so comforting to know that he was in such a tranquil and immaculate setting. The home is located in a very nice neighborhood and away from busy traffic and noise. Kathleen extended her support, and her warmth made me feel so thankful and at ease. Ryker and Kathleen thought of every detail and amenity to make the cottage our "home away from home".
