Responsive host and very attentive

A nice location for a group of friends. Rooms were pretty clean, but a lot of the kitchenware was not : ( If you plan on cooking, just come prepared!!

I recently stayed at this Airbnb in South Lake Tahoe and had a great experience overall. The home was exactly as described—clean, cozy, and well-maintained. It had a welcoming atmosphere that made it feel like a true getaway, and the location was perfect for exploring the area, with easy access to the lake, nearby shops, and outdoor activities. The space itself was comfortable and thoughtfully set up, with everything we needed for our stay. The kitchen was fully stocked, the beds were comfortable, and the living area was perfect for relaxing after a long day. I especially appreciated the little details, like extra blankets and clear instructions for check-in and check-out. The host was responsive and helpful, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. Communication was quick, and they made sure we had everything we needed. Great place very communicative host . Beautiful place

Ryker’s cabin was amazing, clean and Ryker very responsive and on top of everything, Also the cabin has everything we needed fully stocked With dishes, pots , toilet paper and kitchen napkins. I would not think twice to rent Rykers cabin again.

We stayed at Ryker’s place with another family and found it conveniently located close to restaurants and Adventure Mountain. Our kids had a blast and we would love to come back in the summer!

My friends and I had a great time at this Air BNB. The place was cozy and big enough for 8 of us to have a game night and eat together. We really enjoyed the deck and the fire place! Overall a great stay and will recommend to friends!

Ryker was an incredible host and always quick to respond when we had any questions! The property itself was very accommodating and had ample space for our entire party.

We had a great stay at this South Lake Tahoe home. The house was cozy and very clean, with plenty of rooms for everyone to be comfortable. It’s conveniently located not too far from downtown making it easy to get around while still feeling peaceful. We’re very thankful for the opportunity to spend the weekend here and would happily stay again.

We loved our stay, great kitchen! Warm, comfortable bed, updated beautiful property

The cabin was absolutely beautiful. The master bedroom had plenty of space and felt so cozy. We especially loved having a fireplace right in the room. The gaming area under the staircase was such a fun touch, and the layout was perfect with just the right amount of beds for each room. We stayed for Thanksgiving, and the big kitchen was a dream. There was plenty of room for two families with two different traditions, and everything we needed for cooking was already there. There was also more than enough seating for all of us to enjoy dinner together. A couple of small notes: • Additional lighting up the driveway and front stairs would be helpful. • More paper towels on hand would be great — we ran out. Other than that, everything was perfect. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Good place to stay lots of space and lots of beds

Great place very peaceful

This home was very nice for our family. Loved the beautiful kitchen and all the amenities. It was very well stocked! The pans could use some upgrading, but we were able to cook often with what was provided, and we loved the grills. We had plenty of space, and the two bathrooms were very clean, although small. Communication was very good before check-in, but when we found a passport someone left behind and communicated it to the hosts, it was not handled efficiently. They thought it was one of our party that had left it behind when the cleaners found it on the counter after we checked out. When I told them that we notified them on day 2 of our stay and told them exactly where we were going to place the passport, they were unclear as to which of the hosts received and responded to our written notification. Also, when we asked if there was anything they could do to improve the internet which went out often during our stay, they remained silent until after we checked out.

Great stay, clean, very nice interior, close access to all of South Lake Tahoe.

The location was perfect for what we wanted. The kitchen had everything we needed to make our meals, tea and coffee. We enjoyed the home as if we had family game night in our own. There’s a tv in every room and more than enough space. I was pleasantly surprised to find kids dishes! They came in handy. My 6 and 3 year old loved the house. And they loved the bunk beds. Thank you for your help before and during our stay. We enjoyed our stay and would book again.

Over all the home was great. It was clean and comfortable. The only two issues we had was first, the internet was very spotty throughout our stay. I don’t know if it was service or the area - the owners tried to reset it on their end but still , the internet only worked maybe 50% of the time which caused issues with the TVs working. Also, the bear bins weren’t empty upon our arrival which was worrisome to us because they had very strict rules about leaving trash behind- it was fine after messaging them, but still an inconvenience. Other than that, everything else was good. There was a bear encounter one evening on the back porch and one of the beds of our vehicles so be mindful of them!

Beautiful home. Great space to relax and enjoy nature. Kid friendly. Grocery store close by. Host responds quickly. Definitely would stay again.

The retreat at Tahoe was an absolute delight for my group! We spent the full weekend skiing and this was the perfect location to rest, cook, and spend some time in the evenings. The location is convenient for BOTH Kirkwood and Heavenly for those looking at both resorts in the same trip in a peaceful neighborhood. Ryker was a fantastic host, always clear and responsive with instructions and questions. The kitchen appliances were a bit on the older/used side, but worked nonetheless! I highly recommend this location for a group retreat at Tahoe!

Our stay here was beyond amazing! This home was cozy, clean, and comfortable for a group of 10. Ryker and Mohsin were both incredibly helpful and kind throughout our whole trip. My friends and I loved our stay here. Also a great location and not too far from snow activities and other shopping areas.

We stayed here with our family and friends. It was very clean, in a convenient location to Sierra at Tahoe, and the perfect size for gathering and spending time together. Loved the arcade too!

The cabin has a great location. Easy to get to, and close to Heavenly Resort. Ryker was kind enough to allow an extra child that was coming along with my family. Unfortunately, the cabin had not been cleaned upon our arrival. As soon as we got there, we noticed dirty bathrooms, garbages not emptied, towels not washed, stove was dirty, dishes in washer were greasy, a half empty bottle of Jack Daniel’s. I immediately let Ryker know, he offered to send someone to clean it but it was impossible since we had already settled in. As the weekend went by, we started noticing more things that were uncleaned and it became really uncomfortable for me and my family.

Close to ski resorts and tubing. Overall a great stay

The house is big and yet still very cozy. Not far to the lake or to Stateline in Nevada. Ryker was very responsive every step along the way. If I was back in the area I wouldn’t look anywhere else to stay

This house has that cabin feel with a little bit of modern splashes. Beautiful sky windows and natural lighting. Very clean and taken care of. Everything listed was provided and more. The hosts are amazing and so responsive. Very easy to work with. My family loved the home. I travelled with my husband and kids and 2 other families.l— A great home for groups. Grocery store is nearby and the closest beach we chose was like 10-15 minutes. Very beautiful neighborhood. Definitely recommend !
