Absolutely recommended! Our family stayed at the location during the holidays and we had a great time. The location is great and the team is too! They were responsive, helped us with questions we had, and more. There are so many spaces to enjoy in the house and even outside.

We had a wonderful stay! The place was beautiful amd the house is so well done. A must stay if you're visiting Tahoe or Pollock Pines!

Great - beautiful home in a peaceful location, gorgeous sunsets, lots of space, sweet pool. If I were to change one thing about the place, it would be the hot tub controls. It works, but there are two sets of controls. First one needs to turn on the heater whose controls are kinda hard to access. And then one needs to message the hosts to enable the jets through an app they have. That felt quite odd and I’ve never seen that kind of setup before. Despite doing this we could not get it working till Ryker sent someone over to take a look. Gavin came over on a weekend night, cleaned the filters and got it working for us! Honestly, I was on the fence between 4 and 5 stars but Gavin really pushed it to 5, thank you! We had a great family holiday, thanks!

Everything was great except the pool, which was cloudy and not filtering when we arrived. The hot tub also was not functioning upon arrival. The host sent some video directions for the pool and hot tub operation which were super complicated and hard to follow. The whole pools control area is super confusing and messy and you can’t tell what pumps are supposed to be running . The host did send a pool tech to the house the next day and he was able to fix the hot tub, but the pool never worked right and never had any active water flow or ran a filter cycle while we were there. The pool was the main reason we rented this property - my teenage daughters wanted to swim and play in the sun - so this was somewhat disappointing. Everything else was as described though and the house is really lovely. Pollock pines is a cool vacation area all around.

Ryker and his team responded in adequate time. The home is in a secluded peaceful area. My family and I really enjoyed the comfort of the home . We had a few minor problems getting the correct information about the jacuzzi and the pool after two days of going back and forth. The game room / converted garage , and the games need to be updated. Overall we would patronize this location after having some minor enhancements are done in garage. Thank you !

We did a group friends trip to go rafting in the area and used this house as our base for the weekend! Very easy to find, and down a very private and peaceful road. Lots of parking spaces and easy to get inside the house. Pool and hot tub were clean (for being outside) just a few leaves etc. Hot tub was a little complicated but hosts were very responsive on this issue. All rooms/areas were spotlessly clean and bedrooms comfortable. Having the laundry was a big plus with all the water activities. Removing one star just for the kitchen. The kitchen has every appliance you would ever need (coffee makers, wine fridges, ovens) but as far as salad bowls/serving dishes/pans, it was really lacking in that department. Just an FYI if you’re planning on doing cooking and sit down meals, bring Tupperware/aluminum foil/paper towels. Other than that small detail we really loved our stay and would recommend!

Me and my team were absolutely blown away by Ryker's property. It had everything we needed and more. Ryker was always prompt to respond and extremely helpful no matter what time of day. The location was nice and private yet very close to several amenities. While on the pricey side, if you have the cash I would highly recommend booking Ryker's property for a personal getaway or team retreat.

Overall the stay was good! Some of the outlets didn’t work and the wifi was a bit spotty. I tried to use the hot tub but it was difficult to turn on the settings. The host was very responsive and was nice! Rooms were very clean and the rooms were comfortable!

We booked this property mainly for the pool, but it was completely unusable. The pool was filthy, with a live gecko, a dead mouse, and lots of debris. It was a huge disappointment and not what was shown in the listing. I do not recommend this place if you're expecting a clean and usable pool.

Group of 11 spent our Labor Day comfortably at this lovely house. Rooms are spacious and clean, kitchen is very convenient for use and the back yard is so much fun. The house is located comfortably few minutes away from a Safeway and a CVS making it ideal for people who need some back up shopping during their stay 😉 We loved the vibe In. The house by all the and will gladly be back.

Really beautiful house in a lovely section of woods that delivered a highly connected (great WiFi), digital home (huge smart TVs), while nestled in nature (saw several deer, turkeys, and rabbits). We had a blast and enjoyed the many amenities and all the fun and relaxing spaces throughout the home. We’ll definitely come back for future stays!

This was our first family trip with our parents and their grandkids, and this was the perfect spot! Ryker was quick with any issues or request we had and was super helpful. I recommend this home 100%, the location was perfect and around plenty of spots for us to explore!

It’s a big house with lots of space for a large group of family and friends.If you like peace and quiet this is the spot.Sunset are so amazing and at night the starts look so bright.Swimming in the pool was so cooling in the hot days but it was perfect.Very relaxing and hopefully will be back again.! How much time do you have? This hidden gem is amazing. Instead of using a public pool, or hitting packed amusment parks we retreat to this oasis. The property is always so peaceful with turkey, deer, lizards, frogs and yes bears (only once). We lounge around the pool all day. When we need a break the grill is so easy to use and the table and chairs are so comfortable. Inside the house there is so much space and rooms to use for big families or gatherings. The game room/garage is super fun to hang out in. My nephews and niece loved hanging out in there. We loved playing chess and cards. There is ample kitchen and pantry space for cooking up a storm with two dishwashers to tackle the cleanup. This airbnb is anything and everything you could want for a pool getaway from the busy city. We always get groceries and just enjoy the space. Our son and I never wanna leave the pool while my husband easily works thanks to fast wifi and good At&T service.

We have been loyal customers of Ryker's rentals for quite some time now. Whenever we see his name associated with a property, we know that the hospitality will be of the highest quality. As you can see from the reviews of this home, we have returned to this property time and time again. The view and surrounding area are always beautiful, with plenty of deer and turkeys roaming around. We love hosting our family here, as the house offers a great mix of nature and modern amenities such as TVs, internet, and reliable AT&T service. But the best part of all is the massive pool and spa, which are perfect for our son who is learning to swim. I highly recommend swim shoes for children and perhaps even for yourself, because you will never want to leave the pool! If you are looking for some activities outside of the house, there is a bowling alley and arcade just 10 minutes away, which is great for those days when you want to get out and about. 10☆s Always.

Our stay was great! For those that enjoy nature and the outdoors, you will love this home! We were impressed with the property; it is actually much bigger than what the photos depict. It was great to have a grill, hot tub, pool, game room, and multiple places to eat - we used all three dining areas during our stay. Sunrise and sunsets were stunning views. The neighborhood was quiet and peaceful. They had the pool guy come and clean the pool; the kids and adults spent hours swimming and thoroughly enjoyed being able to cool off in this abnormally hot summer. They were very kind to accommodate our young children’s nap schedule for check out. Ryker, Mohsin, and Neveen addressed any questions or concerns we had. We look forward to returning in the near future.

Place is amazing, it has a great view at an isolated end of the road place but close enough to stores and restaurants.

This is a beautiful retreat in nature. The trees were beautiful and I saw a deer in the backyard sunset was gorgeous. I highly recommend it and the BBQ place in Placerville was amazing.

When I pulled up to the home, I was impressed! it's larger than it appears in photos but otherwise accurate to what you see online! The home was way more space than our 12 guests could need and was clean with fun amenities like game room in the garage, pool/jacuzzi, etc. We had all the tools we need to grill our BBQ and cook. I would definitely come back again if I was in the area. We only had one night there but we made the most of it. Thank you!

Great home with walkable land and the grill is easy to use! There were some seasonings next to the stove top. Plenty of dishes for hosting if needed. The pool and hottub are great! love the swing. Don't be upset if it is booked its probably us!

Hidden gem. Very beautiful and if peace from the city is what your looking for while with family - -go here. Plenty for cooking and hosting. Not super young kid friendly however can be managed, just like the description and thank goodness the immediate backyard is fenced. Our dogs definitely alerted to something at night. As well as deer and turkeys being around in the early morning. Thank you Ryker and Team! Security, Safety and Hospitality are always they're top priority as is ours.

A very lovely place to stay at especially those that love outdoorsy activities! Everything looked as described and shown on pictures, with a wonderful sunset view. Pool was clean and taken care of especially for an outside pool. Pool area was well taken care of. Amenities provided, game room was great! Had a championship run of ping pong! Beds were comfortable and lining was new and washed. Ryker was super friendly and quick to respond if we had any concerns. No noise issues with neighbors, a supermarket close by that’s accessible. Will be coming back! Great, peaceful area to take a break from the busy city life!

The property is good but we had a lot of issues : 1. Pool is extremely dirty and no response from the host for the filtration system. There are bugs, dirt and lizards in the entire pool. Very unsafe and unhygienic. 2. No hot water in the hot tub and dirt in the same. 3. Not enough towels for the guests mentioned. 4. Game room play tables extremely dirty and full of dust. 5. The sink tap is leaking. 6. Not enough pillows for the number of guests mentioned. 7. The host has been lagging in the response. 8. The outdoor cushions are lying on a dirty corner with spiders and bugs on them.

I had an amazing stay at this house! It was clean, stylish, and the host was fantastic. The host was extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely book this place again in the future. Highly recommended!

We stayed at this Airbnb (link) and want to share our experience. The house is spacious, accommodating 12 comfortably, but there were issues: 1. Electricals (lights, fans, speakers): Hard to operate. 2. Thermostat: Old and misplaced, didn't control room temp well. 3. Safety: Controlled fire nearby which we were not told about; had to call 911 in the middle of the night! 4. Amenities: No instructions for fireplaces, speakers. 5. Pool/Spa: Not usable due to cold; justified price concern. 6. EV Charging: Not available. 7. Access Road: Unpaved, accumulates mud in rainy season. Despite ample space, the stay was impacted. Overall rating: 2 * This is where it loses the stars: -1.5 for price vs. value -1 for spending 1 of 3 nights in smoke -0.5 for hard to use amenities Mansion: Check Pool: Cold (unusable in winter) Game room: Cold (unusable in winter), also the amenities look larger in the pictures. The pool table and the ping-pong table are much smaller (not the standard size).
