The house and area was nice. Ryker was responsive and communicated. The house had a strong odor of cigarette smell, I informed Ryker and he responded quickly to address the issue. Other than the smell the house was good.

Ryker’s place felt like a home away from home. I enjoy privacy home and Ryker’s place was exactly that. When I first arrived the code didn’t work to the door but Ryker squared that away immediately. I definitely would stay there again!

This house really makes you feel right at home. My co worker and I were visiting Sacramento and had very long and tiring days. The beds were very comfy, great pillows and blankets, and the couch was very cozy and inviting. We ordered food delivery, but this kitchen has what you need (there was even a snack basket which was so sweet and helpful to keep us going) overall wonderful house! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend this listing and would absolutely stay here again.

Ryker’s place was perfect for our group. 15 minutes to the airport and the same amount to downtown. Supply stores such as Target, Bel Air, Costco within 10 minutes. Bedrooms had plenty of room in them to accommodate everyone and we had all the necessary tools for cooking and cleaning. 10/10.

Great Spot and they were great!

The only issue we had was that there weren’t enough cleaning supplies (dishwasher detergent etc.) for a 2 week stay. Apart from that, both hosts were communicative and clear on expectations. The house itself was great too. We really enjoyed our stay!

My family and I; enjoyed our stay. The neighborhood was very nice and quiet. Our greatest appreciation was the cleanliness of the house in which we stayed. It was like home away from home. Even though there was a minor hiccup on our last night, with the smoke alarms going off. However, Ryker addressed it immediately after he was notified. As well as extended our check-out time by a few hours for the inconvenience. Showing great hospitality!Thank you, Ryker and Staff..

Can’t say enough good things but here I go- We were in town for a soccer tournament in Davis. The house was about 15 mins from the fields, so close enough to be perfect The house was spacious, clean, well stocked with Kitchen appliances- Coffee, Kuerig machine, full kitchen, full size fridge, ice maker etc. pretty much all new appliances, clean and everything worked well All rooms had ceiling falls which is a major plus for me. High ceilings in the entire house. AC was running when we arrived, which was much appreciated considering it was 100 degrees the whole weekend House was super clean, plenty of towels, Laundry detergent, Dishwasher detergent, etc Getting into the house was super easy and being able to park in the garage was convenient. Garage door remote was left available by the host I can’t even think of anything negative to say!! We will definitely be renting the house again for future soccer tournaments!

It's a very clean house. Kinda hard to find because it's off the street. Couldn't figure out why there were no TVs in the bedrooms. But overall a very nice place.

Yes this home gives exactly what the picture shows with extra incentives like peaceful environment clean home easy to maneuver in and out of. However the garage part was not fun for my vehicle so I parked on the street. Everything else was just as smooth. No problem 😊 I would highly recommend this place to anyone who want to feel like home in a safe area. Thanks Ryker you provide well kept communities services and a well kept lovely home. We enjoyed and will love to stay again.

My parents and I rented Ryker’s place while visiting my son in Sacramento. Rooms were spacious and the beds were a good size. Bedrooms are all upstairs, but the spacious stairways and handrails made it safe for my parents to stay. It was very comfortable and we had everything we needed here. The streets were small and crowded, but the bonus was his two car garage. The main downside was the strong odor of marijuana upon arrival. The smell lingered our entire stay. It’s a “no smoking” property, so I texted the owner asap so we wouldn’t be charged a 500 clean-up fee. A response wasn’t received until the next day, but all was good. The 500 refundable deposit was also credited back to our card a week and a half later (I had to ask for it—took a few days through their rental company). Overall, we had a very nice stay here. We would recommend it.

Host was very communicative. We stayed here for a volleyball weekend. It’s about 15-20 min from the main locations for expo and safe center. I have to say it was a lot more convenient than staying next to the volleyball tournaments because it was near the freeway very private and it had so much space for the same cost as the Marriott hotels near volleyball. There were also many close by stores and restaurants, and it was very easy to get to places like Roseville and Folsom For the kids to hang out and play. The neighborhood is extremely quiet. There is a really big park not far down the street with a There is a really big park not far down the street with an outdoor volleyball multiple very nice basketball hoops and 2 Large play structures. There is a very long walking trail next to the homes and it felt safe and set away from the rest of the city. The place is also very clean. The only thing that would make it better would be TVs in the bedrooms.

Although my stay at this Airbnb was short and unexpected I loved it ! House was very clean , easy to get in , Bed were comfortable as ever. Definitely recommend

Went to a concert with some friends and chose this place to stay while in town. It was a great spot to stay and close to the concert. Need to extend the stay a night last minute and host was very responsive to the request.

Place was good . We liked it .everything was good until we found out bed frame was broken in one bedroom . Mattress was sinking in . We thought the mattresses is soft but we figured out it’s broken . My husband slept on couch for 2 days . We left early morning and come late so nobody get in to repair it . We thought they can fix it when we are not home .place was noisy .people on back street partying till 2 am and neighbours dog kept barking .

Great place and SOFT BEDS. Very important! A lot of AirBnB's have hard af mattresses, but not this place, they actually have soft, comfortable beds. We slept great! The two car garage was nice to have as well and we could actually use it (a lot of places use it for storage). Overall, a fantastic place to stay for a week while we visited Sacramento.

House was situated in a quiet neighborhood and was clean and tidy. The bed and couches were all very comfortable and the house was spacious. Loved that laundry was accessible as well.

As usual I’m a Marriott/ and Hyatt guy, I never wanted to be an AirB&B guy. Ryker’s listing is the one of the reasons I will continue to book with this site. Description was spot on, easy to find, quiet, and well kept. The plus for us was the garage! This will be my standard going forward, truly a must! All our needs were met with the property. Any concerns were addressed, communication was outstanding! No overbearing, if you need us we are here, and that allows you to just enjoy your stay. Ryker’s home was clean and easy to use. We were close to the airport & had easy access to restaurants and stores. Ryker made the check-in and out process very easy and was very responsive!

Liked the house 🏠 and the location. Although the highway isn't that far, it's mostly a peaceful neighborhood. The house is very spacious. The house had a warm cozy feel to it and felt like a home 🏡 away from home. Proximity to the grocery stores and the SMF airport is it's usp. Concerns: The house was fairly clean except for the kitchen counter tops / dining table which had dust. Also some kitchen utensils were not cleaned. When parking in the garage, due to the steep incline be a bit careful as it could hit the bottom of your vehicle. Ryker, the host is very responsive and most of the concerns were addressed. I would definitely recommend this stay.

I will start by saying I live in Sacramento and only chose this rental because of a plumbing emergency at our house that left my family and I without a place to stay, and this was the only one that was available. The manager was nice enough to add an extra day to our stay since VRBO wouldn't let me book it for the day that we needed to check in. We stayed two nights and got our plumbing fixed on the third day, which we had already paid for. The policy says no late checkouts, so I knew not to try to ask for a refund for the last day since we didn't leave until 2:00 or 3:00 that day, but it felt like we paid too much. Then a couple days later, I got a message that said the pet fee wasn't charged so it was going to be charged separately. I understand why there is a pet fee, but our dog weighs less than 20 pounds, is house trained and does not shed, and by then I really regretted staying there so I told the manager about some of the problems at the house and he said he would refund half of the pet fee. He never did. I wasn't planning to write this, but I got a reminder about leaving a review so I decided to. To be honest, the carpet looks like it hasn't been cleaned in years so I wanted to vacuum it, but the vacuum cleaner that was in the garage didn't seem to do anything. Also, it smelled like beer had been spilled on the carpet and on the kitchen floor, which was sticky. To sum it up, the price is pretty high and if you do stay here, you might want to keep your shoes on.

Loved our stay at this Sacramento house. It was in a great neighborhood where we felt safe, close to grocery stores and restaurants and easy access to freeways. Though close to freeways, it was very quiet and peaceful. Loved that we could park in the garage. House was very comfortable and had all needed items like small appliances, washing machine soap and shampoo. Host was very responsive. Would definitely recommend and/or stay again.

ryker’s place had just about everything my friends and i needed for our weekend stay. it’s a very spacious home and the 2-car garage was a plus. if you are requesting lyft/uber, i recommend to put down the address digits as the numbers on the main-street (across the house) to confusion with drivers. highly recommend! :)
