Great place - clean, comfortable, and was perfect for our group of 6 that were in town for a work conference. Jacuzzi tub is n master bathroom was great. Comfortable beds. Peaceful neighborhood that had a hiking trail near the front door of the house. We hope to come back here for next year’s conference.

My first few hours at this Airbnb were a bit stressful but things did turn around. When I showed up a burner on the gas stove in the kitchen was on, there was no carbon monoxide detector, and the smoke detectors were dead (actually, someone had removed the batteries). But, after communicating with the host (and Airbnb support), Ryker came to the house installed a carbon monoxide detector and changed all of the batteries in the smoke detectors. The other cons upon check-in were that nearly every pot/pan - and most dishes - I tried to use were dirty and the dishwasher was half-full of dirty dishes from the last guest. Then, a few days into my stay, as I was sitting on the couch, I noticed two random people in the backyard area checking the hot-tub (did not know this would be happening/found it strange). On the positive side: the house is large, otherwise clean, the beds are extremely comfortable, and it is a quiet neighborhood with access to a bike path right out of the door.

Stayed at Ryker’s place while our daughter was having a baby at Kaiser. Perfect location, we were 5 minutes from the hospital. The house is super comfortable and the sunsets from the backyard were beautiful! Would definitely stay here again!

We had a lovely stay here - from the walking trails and peaceful private hot tub right outside our door to the spacious light-filled rooms and comfy beds, this home had everything g we needed for a terrific weekend.

This is a great house and location. The kids loved the hot tun after coming home. The rooms are spacious and fit everyone in our party of 7 perfectly. We really enjoyed our stay here.

first, I messaged owner 3 times to chat about experience before writing a bad review. no contact. I messaged them before booking cause I was concerned about the hot tub being usable as I saw other reviews that said it was not up to par. they said it was in good working order. I have screenshot of the condo. let's just say it wasn't. water level very low, sand in the bottom and wasn't hott at all. also I have photos of a broken bed frame in the bottom bedroom. guests had to sleep on couch.

it is a nice house in a safe neighborhood. it needs a deep clean, more bath room and kitchen linen, new pots and pans (Teflon is flaking off) Oh and having one Tv in a house that sleeps 6+ is a crime. At $500 a day making it one of the more expensive listing is Roseville, the owner needs to do better. I want to emphasize this is a nice home in a great location with some attention to detail would easily change the review from a nice house to a great house. My family and i extensively adorned the world using this app. we value safety, cleanliness, comfort and convenience in that order. It is with that in mind were provide this review.

This place had good reviews and looked great in pictures. It was a great location and the place has a lot of potential. I’m not sure if we caught it in a bad time, but it was not at all well cared for or maintained. Cob webs inside and out, hot tub in listing did not work and was dirty, one shower didn’t have hot water, multiple outlets through out home did not work. It is listed for 8 people, only 6 towels were provided. Definitely disappointing for the price.

Our family of 8 stayed for the a weekend of fun. The host was always fast to respond and helpful. The house is bigger than it looks online and is beautiful! Entering the house was easy and fast. Lots of extra blankets which was nice and a baby bed play pen. Wish there were fans we could use at the bedside as it took a while to cool the home, but it was a comfortable temp. Careful when using the large tub in master as the hot water is so extremely hot I burnt myself badly trying to turn it off and my arm touched the faucet. Hot tub works great, and we all had a great time! Would book again!

Beautiful home!! Walking trails are gorgeous, safe and easily accessible. Swing outside the home in an oak tree that was a nice addition. Hot tub was great and calming bird sounds in the morning. Beds were comfortable, nice clean well designed home. Would love to come back and stay again.

This was a great place. Right next to a big park and walking trail, perfect for our family of 5. Ryker was an excellent host.

This house was very nice for our adult family of four. We came into town for a family funeral and were looking for a quiet place to relax in between some sad events. This allowed us to eat in and just hang out. The weather was raining so we didn't use any outdoor facilities.

We had an amazing stay, I travel a lot for work and this was quite possibly the nicest and most spacious airbnb I’ve stayed at, would highly recommend.

Perfect home away from home! My family was in the process of relocating to a new home in the area and we needed a place to stay for two weeks, also falling on Thanksgiving. This place was fantastic and checked one of our boxes. My husband, our 8 month old son, two doodles and my mom visiting from out of town were very comfortable and had everything we needed. The house is well appointed and well maintained. It was spotless. The location is also perfect, close to the freeway, restaurants and shopping. Highly recommend!!

We had family come in from different places, and had enough room for all 8 of us to spread out, and be comfortable. We all met in Roseville, to attend a Celebration of Life for a very special family member. It was great to be able to stay together in one home during this time. I recommend it to others.

This was a great location for a golf weekend getaway. It was a perfect space for the 4 of us each having our own rooms. Nice and quiet and conveniently located near courses and dining. Really enjoyed the cool air conditioning!

Ryker was personable and attentive. There was an issue with the cleaners not cleaning behind doors and curtains. Overall a nice quiet place with plenty of room for our family of four.

We stayed for a month - the house was as described and well equipped to live in. Kitchen and all amenties fully stocked. My father was having trouble sleeping and they replaced the mattress in one day. Very responsive, very helpful, all around great

This home has everything you need from a full kitchen to the beautiful backyard. The cul-de-sac leads to some trails with amazing views. We were close to grocery stores, restaurants, shops, and gyms. My family will definitely be back when we're visiting relatives.

If you’re staying in or near Roseville, this is where you should stay! Clean, convenient, incredibly well stocked and super comfortable. Trails are literally on the door step, Lake Folsom was really cool and close to every shop you could ever need.

Our group has traveled together throughout California/Nevada this home is by far, our favorite! Spacious, clean, comfortable/modern furnishings, comfortable bed/linens, plenty of kitchen amenities & beautiful location! We enjoyed the back yard with furniture and huge BBQ grill! Would definitely stay here again!

I chaperoned my son & 2 of his teammates at a 4 day swim meet in Roseville. The house was perfect for this - comfortable, quiet, and convenient to everything we needed. The hosts were proactive in communications and also responded very quickly when I had questions - AND very nice! Will definitely stay again the next time we're in Roseville for an event!

The home is comfy and in a wonderful location, with lots of privacy but close to anything you need in Roseville. It is well-stocked!

The place was spacious and modern. The neighborhood is quiet and has a nice canyon view. They have a nice coffee station in the kitchen.

Our stay at Roseville was AMAZING! The house is beautiful, clean, and spacious! Everything was in working order. This place went beyond our expectations. This is a very nice 4 bedroom house in Roseville. We stayed for 2 months while buying a place in the area, with 2 adults and 4 kids. We were among the first people to stay here. The absolute best part is definitely the location. It is literally right next to a huge open space and a trail, which are absolutely gorgeous, especially in spring. It’s also within an easy walk of two great parks. There are quite a few businesses within an easy walk, including the “University of Beer”, which I cannot recommend highly enough. And then driving you’re just a few minutes from nearly everything you could want, including the galleria mall. The house is at the end of a small culdesac, there is very little traffic. The house itself has a good amount of space. The back yard is small, but you generally won’t care because of the open space and trails right next door. The kitchen is well apportioned, though a few things were missing that the host provided quickly. Lots of space to put things if you need them. The bedrooms are mostly small, but the common areas more than make up for that. The exception is the master bedroom, which is much larger. It has two large walk in closets, and a nice jacuzzi tub and a shower. It does have a lot of light coming, though again, the host took some steps to fix this as well. The host, Ryker, was quite responsive and helpful. This is a great place to stay and see the surrounding areas, and enjoy even on its own.
