Great stay, agent likes to email frequently. Positive: Good stay and clean. Amenities were all available, bath and kitchen etc. Negative: The owner was overly communicative. He kept emailing me about information, like 3-4 times a day, but it was the same information in the confirmation email. There is also no fence around the backyard area and it backed right onto a very busy road. So if you have kids and pets, keep them on close watch. Also, the listing had information about a hot tub, but there was no hot tub on the premises, unless they meant the large bathtub in the bathroom.

We love this place so much. My kid enjoyed and everything is perfect. Highly recommend!

This place is wonderful for Tahoe skiers, or even just for travelers to spend some time relaxing in a nice area. The actual place looks even nicer than the photos. Really like the tranquil vibe and the decor and almost everything in this place. If we could, we'd like to stay in this house much longer! Some things to complain about though: there were some hair found on some pillows and quilts. The kettle mouth lid was broken.

We had a wonderful time in Tahoe. The house is new and clean, the bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. The kitchen is well stocked. Lovely fireplace and lots of TVs. The host checked on us proactively. We would love to go back.

Beautiful modern and spacious home, unlike others in the South Lake Tahoe area. The space was perfect for our group of 8 adults.

This is a BEAUTIFUL home in the area of Lake Tahoe. Great place to stay with the family, super clean, very spacious, and in a great area. The hosts are real nice and respectful, they also are quick to respond with any questions I had. I’m looking forward to staying there again next year when we make our annual trip.

Nicely remodeled home, living room and master bath are very nice. Lots of places to visit nearby other than Lake Tahoe. There are minor issues such as too close to a small highway, may get a bit noisy during daytime, but it is quiet at night, and it might get a bit hot on the hottest days because of no AC, but overall a good stay for a group of eight from us.

Amazing stay. The property was clean, comfortable and had a well stocked kitchen, plenty of toiletries in the bathrooms and several different laundry detergents in the laundry room. Not like some places I’ve stayed that leave 2 laundry pods and 1 roll of paper towels lol. I loved that it had an alarm system as staying somewhere unfamiliar can cause a bit of anxiety. There was a baby gate for the stairs and even little bins of toys for the littles. Great place to stay with a larger group. We were even lucky enough to see a bear out front one night. Lastly, Ryker is friendly and accommodating. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Ryker’s place!

Overall quite happy with the stay and Ryker's team was very prompt in communicating throughout. However, there were a few issues that detracted from the experience. Positives: - Looks just like the photos: beautifully decorated, recently remodeled - Plenty of amenities to make the stay comfortable, including a fully stocked kitchen + outdoor grill - Lots of space Negatives: - At the time of booking, the listing included Central AC as one of the amenities. I explicitly looked for this because we're visiting in the summer when it's expected to be over 80F. Unfortunately we discovered that the house did not have AC when we arrived. When I asked Ryker's team about it, they did not acknowledge the error. I found out later that they removed AC as an amenity from the listing. Quite disappointing, but at least the listing is correct now and future visitors won't be surprised. - Terrible water pressure in the shower - Dish washer didn't work well, maybe because of low water pressure

I had a wonderful stay at Ryker’s Airbnb. The property was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The location was perfect, just a short drive from the village. Ryker was a great host and was very responsive to my messages. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful house just a short drive from the lake. The house itself is very new and has all of the amenities you’d expect of a modern floor plan from the huge open kitchen and family room area with a gas fireplace to the massive master bedroom and bathroom with walk-in closet. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for everyone and even the garage was very accommodating given its large size. We loved staying here and look forward to coming back again soon.

The location was easy to find despite a little confusion using Apple Maps, and it is close to sierra, heavenly, and South Lake Tahoe area in general. The garage was great to have given the weather outside, and the huge tvs had awesome sound systems. Internet was quick and the heat works very well, only would be better if controls could be separated for the two floors. Master bathroom was huge and had everything we need. Would recommend.

This is a wonderful house in pristine condition. Everything was well-thought through and executed. We particularly appreciated having a garage and (because it was winter) snow blowing service to make sure the driveway stayed clear during our stay. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and recommend this property to anyone looking for an upscale property with anything you could ask for.

The house was just as magical as the street it was on. Staying at that immaculate chalet was truly a gift from St. Nick. Views were amazing, an absolute winter wonderland. One of the cleanest and nicest places we have stayed at. Ryker was extremely patient and super communicative. He even allowed us to park in his garage and it saved our cars from the 4’ of snowfall we got over 2 days. The Christmas tree was a beautiful touch fir guests to enjoy the holidays even longer. The house was absolutely breathtaking with the furnishings and decor. Super appreciative of this super hospitable host.

Completely LOVED the house. It felt very warm, cozy, and clean. The separate rooms on the 2 floors creates some privacy. The house feels newly renovated and we were extremely comfortable (though we were a small party of only 4 so did not need the whole house frankly). We had a great time making snowmen in the backyard and loved the utensils in the kitchen since we made our own food a few times. The location was nice - around 15 mins from Heavenly Ski gondola etc. Couple of small nits that future residents can be aware of: very close to the main road so the traffic noise can get through at times and for some, it might be irksome (recommend getting some sleeping earplugs along), the master bedroom has a high window which lets beautiful sunshine in but if you want to sleep in and make the room dark that can be hard (recommend sleeping eye patch), and the front door lock does not lock easily from the outside (simple fix suggested was to use the garage door or the keys they provided).
