Ryker and the other co-hosts were very helpful and responsive. I love theor lovely, clean and peaceful home. It had everything we needed. I enjoyed the space, the nice little touches of their place - it felt like home. 💛 I appreciate that it was pet friendly. The fenced apartment was also a plus.😊 I highly recommend their place. Such great hosts and the place provided us with a little sanctuary during my senior parents' 3 week visit here in the US.💛 we made sure to tidy up before leaving. The place is just lovely. I really enjoyed my stay at Ryker's place. Good space for two people and had everything we needed. It was very easy to get in and out and the hosts were always communicative and responsive with questions. It was also very clean and the air conditioner was already on which was nice considering how hot it was outside. The location is convenient and in a place that is walkable, but you're also a 5-8 minute drive to other great places in midtown. Perfect central point as well to get to other parts of Sacramento. I would definitely stay here again :)

Ryker's place was perfectly located in Midtown. It is close to lots of coffee shops and restaurants within walking distance. The place is very secure and quiet. Ryker's place had all of the amenities that one would need for a very comfortable stay. I would recommend this place for anyone coming into Sacramento.
